My name is Cain Rivera and I’m the Inspector & Owner of GoodFellas Home Inspections. Home Inspectors are not required to be licensed in the state of California, but I firmly believe that you should hire an InterNACHI certified Home Inspector.
To qualify as an InterNACHI certified Home Inspector, we must pass an extensive exam demonstrating proficiency in all codes and regulations regarding home inspections and must annually complete a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education to maintain our membership.
